For practitioners and nonprofits facing a decision in a volatile period. About three minutes.

Online scheduling and direct payment are under construction. For now this page sends us a booking request: you suggest up to three times, we confirm one by email, and the invoice follows afterwards. Nothing is charged online.

What would help most?
Terms in brief
  • Delivery: the scan takes place on the booked date by video. A written note follows within 2 working days.
  • Payment: by invoice from Humanity Solutions after we confirm your booking. Online payment is under construction.
  • Rescheduling: free, once, up to 2 working days before the session.
  • Cancellation: more than 2 working days before, full refund. Within 2 working days, or no-show: no refund, but you may move to a new date once, within 60 days.
  • If we cancel: you choose between a new time and a full refund.
  • Refunds: normally within 10 working days.
  • Workshops: terms are set in the proposal.
  • B2B: these are business-to-business bookings, and the statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply. If you are booking as a private individual, please contact us first.

Full B2B terms are available on request before you pay.

Why we process your details: to perform the booking contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who else handles them: your request is stored by our website host, Hostinger, and sent to our team by email. While online scheduling and payment are under construction, no scheduling or payment provider receives your details. We will update this note before that changes.

How long we keep them: intake answers and booking records are deleted 12 months after the session. Invoicing data is kept 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and the right to object. Write to connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We don't use your answers for marketing without separate consent, and we don't sell data.
